Vincent and Kim -

I met Vincent shortly after Christmas in 2020, completely unaware that he was a famous film star. I mistakenly thought he was an arts graduate with only casual acting roles! His charm, intelligence, sense of humour, and good looks captivated me. As a graduate with a dual background in Computer Science (BSc) and a Master of Laws (LLM), and coming from a family of two engineering academics, I was thrilled to interact with someone from the art world for the first time.

Our first Cyber-Date

Vincent asked me to draw him, but unfortunately, my artistic skills in drawing men are lacking. However, I did manage to capture his essence by portraying him as a bird wearing a red neckerchief and blue fleece, inspired by Vincent’s stylish skiing outfit. Vincent affectionately named this avian creation "Gently”. He then suggested that Gently needed a friend, so he invented a female companion for him, named "Little."

Gently and Little (GL) are Vincent's Superfans.

Gently Lebird is a majestic and determined character from the picturesque French Alps. In contrast, Little Bobbin, coming from the English Midlands, is a mysterious character with a unique personality. While Gently is an avid skier, Little prefers leisurely walks.

One day, while strolling through a local park, Little stumbled upon a place called Cyberland. Suddenly, a group of nasty trolls, each differing in shape and size, pounced on her. Fortunately, Gently came to her aid, and together they fought off the trolls. They told the trolls to mind their own business and sent them packing! Much like viruses, the trolls always returned in different variants. However, unlike viruses, trolls are not immortal!

Gently & Little have become inseparable Lebirds, and they live happily ever after in ForeverLand!

Birthday presents

Instead of trying my hand at knitting or cookie-making, both of which I'm quite hopeless at, I decided to create this website as a birthday surprise for Vincent. I really hope he enjoys his present, which I spent many sleepless nights to making just for him.

When we first met, on my birthday, Vincent gifted me a collection of photographs of the French Alps. It took him several days to climb to the mountaintop to capture those stunning images. This year, for my birthday, Vincent spent months creating several beautiful pictures inspired by the scenery of the French Rhône-Alpes.
